I love a good Granny Smith apple, but I’ve always had problems peeling that particular fruit. It’s gotten to the point where I just eat the entire apple (minus the core, of course)… skin and all. Biting into the apple isn’t the most fun thing in the world, so I find myself wishing I was a bit more handy with a paring knife. This apple slicer is an amazing solution to my problem, and at least one other that I didn’t know I had…keeping the apple fresh if I don’t want to eat it all at once. It can’t be any simpler to use, either.

1. Put it on top of the apple.
