HassleMe.

HassleMe does just what you’d expect, given the name. You give it your email address, what you want it to keep nagging you about, and about how often you want it to nag you. Then, HassleMe emails you periodically with reminders about whatever you’ve set up. If there’s something that keeps slipping your mind, this could be a good way to keep track of it.
