Hazel.
by RichardI’ve been checking out a new Mac program called Hazel for almost 2 weeks now, and it’s really made a difference in the way I use my computer. Hazel adds a fantastic feature to your operating system: the ability to create new features for yourself. This program makes those mundane tasks like dragging files to the trash and emptying it (if you’re slightly obsessive about your desktop being clean, like me) automatic, therefore saving you tons of time in the long run. It can help you as much or as little as you want it to, only working on whichever folders you set it up to watch. Basically you just set up some rules (similar to the way you do it in your email program), and tell Hazel what to do when the rule is fulfilled. Easy, easy!
It’s $16 and there’s a 14 day trial so you can see firsthand what it can do for you. I highly recommend Hazel for anyone who uses a Mac, period.
Absolutely beautiful photography at these fleeting moments.
More JPG Magazine, less money, more interactivity. Great job, Derek!
