A few products and cool ideas I found to help those of you with serious space issues.

Collapsible storage
Rubbermaid has a new line of storage containers. Neat features: folds to 1” flat, adjustable sizes for custom capacity, lid and base store together. Sizes range from 2.5 – 6 cups.

Scroll Pan
The Scroll Pan is a foldable, rollable frying pan that uses very little storage space.
Although this product is a concept only, I think it’s a pretty cool idea and would be a great replacement for those large griddle pans.

Single drawer dishwasher
Want a dishwasher but have a small kitchen, consider a single drawer unit. Most manufacturers carry them including Kitchenaid.
