Bear Naked.

by Richard

I like to snack pretty much all day, so I’ve been looking for low-fat, low calorie foods that taste great. My girlfriend first pointed Bear Naked granola out when we were out on a recent Whole Foods excursion and said that her mom really liked the brand and maybe I would too. I tried it out, and I must say, it’s good, good stuff! All of their ingredients have names that you can actually recognize and pronounce, like bananas, oats, honey, almonds, raisins, walnuts, and pecans… hence the name Bear Naked. They’ve got an assortment of flavors and products, including the aforementioned granola, oatmeal, cereal and hot cereal. The texture of the granola is awesome and somehow manages to be both soft and crunchy at the same time. The best part, however is that I can snack on this all day and not feel bad about it.

Keep an eye out for Bear Naked in the cereal aisle of your grocery store and pick some up if you have a chance. You’ll love it!

P.S. Even the story of how the company was created is pretty cool and well worth a read.

My mom ordered a case of the bannana nut and fruit mix of this stuff. Its fan-freakin-tastic. I stole a bag and through it in with my golf stuff, its great out on the golf course.
