Sugar Please.

by Richard

Just the other night while adding sugar to my tea, I wished for a dispenser that would give me the same amount of sugar everytime. Everyone has one of those standard sugar pourers, but you always have to eyeball your sugar amount, and it’s easy to pour too much or too little. Then, I came across the $13.95 Sugar Please Automatic Sugar Dispenser. If you’re a regular tea or coffee drinker, this is a must-have. It dispenses exactly one packet’s worth of sugar with one press, and the equivalent of a sugar cube with two presses. So awesome! Now I can figure out exactly how much sugar I like, and use the same amount every time.

I can’t believe that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt live an hour away from me now. Wow.

There is an item like this, in fact I thought I saw it here on FA, but it does the same thing with coffee grinds. These things are genius if you ask me, then again I just like stuff with buttons…..if they had blinking lights, they would be perfect.

This story reminds me of a recent post on the Daily WTF ( http://thedailywtf.com/Articles/The_Complicator's_Gloves.aspx )

We already have a device for this. It’s called a spoon ;-)

    Richard-

Nope, spoons aren’t half as accurate. :) You can have a heaping spoonful or just a spoonful… plus you’re bound to get sugar everywhere (and I don’t like sugar all over my desk). Why do some people like to do things the hard way?

Or maybe you’re just more accurate and less messy than me. That could totally be the case. If so, spoon away!

I think I see your point about unnecessary complication, but I think this would actually make my life a little easier.

I dunno it doesn’t do much good to have the same amount of sugar when you don’t always have the same amount of coffee. And creamer how can I regulate the amount of liquid creamer?
