FixYa.
by Richard“FixYa was founded by two entrepreneurs who decided to take advantage of the fact that consumer products manufacturers are not providing adequate support through their web sites. Although these products become more and more technologically advanced, their manufacturers are not allocating the necessary resources that are required in order to provide good technical support. Like any other consumer out there, FixYa’s founders had a hard time finding relevant and updated support information for their printer or digital camera, and therefore decided to create this site.”
I think this is an awesome idea, and a very well executed website. If you’ve got issues with your gadgets, this might be a great place to check before calling your geek friends or sitting on the phone with tech support for a couple of hours.

Kat-
Nope, I’ve never talked to the people behind this site before… I came across it in my daily web browsing. Apparently FreshArrival isn’t as special as you are! :)

LOL! I have a very small blog with like 5 readers, and they still asked me for a review!

Hey Richard,
This is Yaniv from FixYa. I wanted to thank you for reviewing our website. I’m glad you’ve found it interesting and useful as do 1.5M visitors each month.
Kat- Browsing your blog I can see why we approached you. We have some excellent tips and tricks for XBox and PS customers which could be interesting for your community/readers. I apologize if you found the email annoying.
All the best,
Yaniv.
P.s. Richard I love fresharrival’s look and feel.

Good one. I love these web2.0 sites. It’s unbelivable what ideas people have.
