f you’re one of those people who loves the top of muffins and cupcakes, but not necessarily the bottom, why bother baking the whole muffin? Reminds me of the Baker’s Edge Pan.

Have we learned nothing from Seinfeld?! =)
In order for the muffin tops to taste good, you have to cook the whole muffin!. But then you have to hire Neumann to eat all the bottoms because even the homeless don’t want them.
