A Story Before Bed is a lovely new website aimed at anyone in a child’s life who wants to read them a bedtime story but can’t physically be there. The way it works is pretty simple. You go to the website with a camera-enabled computer, pick a book from the shelf, and use the website to record video of yourself reading it. You pay $6.99 for the recording, and you only pay for it if you’re happy with the results. Parents in the military can even sign up for free coupon codes, so they don’t have to pay a cent to give their child the gift of reading. This is a great idea, especially going into the holiday season.
