LucyPhone seems like a great solution to that problem we’ve all had where we call a company and are immediately put on hold to “wait for the next available representative”. It flips the script on that sort of phone call and gets customer service to wait on you.
You sign up for an account, input the number that you want to call, add your own phone number, and Lucyphone takes over. First it calls your phone, then connects the call to that number. You then proceed as normal, selecting your menu options. When you get to the point where you’re put on hold, you press * * and your phone is disconnected. When a human gets on the line and is ready to speak to you, your phone rings. Great!
